The house itself is an updated 1953 house with clean lines, a cool white brick fireplace, hardwood flooring, and updated bathrooms. The property is surrounded by massive sycamore trees, adding to the 'away from it all feel.' If in the market for a three bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills under a million, quite simply, as far as I am concerned, this is it.
