I showed this property to a client yesterday, and even though it did not work for their needs, I personally thought it was a really well done home in a nice location. This is a nicely done home in a good location. The owner's appear to be highly motivated to sell as well, having already purchased another home, so my sense is something in the $1,000,000 range gets it done.
