A Mid-Century Renovation in Sherman Oaks

I found an article on MSN Real Estate's website documenting a recent remodel a family did on a mid-century home in Sherman Oaks and wanted to share it. Just look at the transformation. The owner's did great work, and the property went from a run down older home to a sleek modern show stopper. They had to remove years's of bad design fads (original terrazo flooring was under the old tiles for example) to bring the home back to it's roots. Then they took the home's solid bones and updated it with modern finishes. The finished product looks stunning, and is a minimalist mid-century modern lover's dream. See the complete article here.
