In the upcoming January/February edition of Veranda Jennifer Lopez shows off her remodeled home in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles. Veranda speaks to Lopez interior designer, Michelle Workman, who explains that the palette of grays and taupes was inspired by black-and-white films from the '40s, and that Lopez vetoed the original plans for "chateau-inspired" interiors in favor of a "modern and streamlined" look. I think they nicely juxtaposed both modern and classic styling in order to create a nice look throughout what I am sure is a stunning property.
