In short it is a brand new house at a good price. On an over 7,000 sq. ft lot, the developer has definitely added a ton of value to the home, and some buyer will be getting a beautifully redone property in a fine neighborhood. They are accepting offers until Sunday, so there is still time, but be prepared to go over asking price I am guessing. It just may be worth it.
