4 Great Hollywood Hills Homes Under $700K; Which One Do You Like Best?

I searched through the 30 or so properties currently available in the Hollywood Hills (both east and west) with the sole criteria being $700,000 or less asking price. I found some great homes, and have listed what I believe to be the best four below. Which one do you think is the best home and deal? I have my favorite, but am interested to hear yours. LA Galaxy Game at Home Depot Center

Recently I went to my first professional soccer game at the Home Depot Center to watch the LA Galaxy play. It was their final regular season game, and now they are gearing up for a playoff run. Despite the weather (it was raining), it was a very entertaining game, especially when LA's biggest stars teamed up for a goal in the first half. Landon Donovan dropped a nice pass off to David Beckham, who blasted it in the back of the net for one of the Galaxy's two goals. The Galaxy took this game against FC Dallas. Congrats on a great season Galaxy and good luck in the playoffs.

This Hollywood Hills property was recently re-listed on the market, but did not sell again for some reason. I wanted to post it, as it is the style that I probably enjoy the most. That mid-century 60's cool, but with modern finishes. This property has terrazzo flooring, an open floor plan with high ceilings, and great vintage detailing. Every part of the house leads out to explosive views of Los Angeles through it's walls of glass. The outside is an entertainer's dream and would have one feel as if they are living at the Mondrian Hotel's Skybar. I recently showed Hollywood's newest and tallest tower to a client, The Sunset & Vine Tower.

Lying at the corner of Sunset & Vine (you could probably guess that by the name) is CIM Group's newest project. Purchased in 2003, this building has undergone a complete renovation under the direction of Kanner Architects http://www.kannerarch.com/en/ .
